Health Checks: 45 - 49 year olds

Medicare funds health assessments for people aged 45 to 49 years who are at risk of developing chronic diseases with the aim of decreasing the burden of chronic diseases in Australia.

This health check will give us the opportunity to investigate your lifestyle and medical/family history to find out if you are at risk of developing any chronic medical condition.

There are  40-49 year old diabetes health check , 75 years + health assessment, 4 year old health checks – all funded by Medicare, please contact the clinic for more information
